Join the talent bench
Don't see your exact job posted? Join the bench. The bench is the list of freelancers AMMG knows and trusts — when work comes up in animation, design, video editing, AI assistance, web, or writing, we look here first.
How approval works
- Send your profile with the form below.
- Michael approves every profile by hand. Approved profiles appear on the board's talent bench.
- Your email is never shown publicly. Contact happens only when AMMG chooses to reach out about real work — that protects you from spam and noise.
- Being on the bench is not a job offer and promises no work or pay. It is a place in line with the people we call first.
